For managing directors, CFOs and owners More profit, paid for out of the savings.

We renegotiate prices, payment terms and services with your suppliers, across all costs, direct and indirect. You do not need a budget for this: our fee is one third of the savings in the first twelve months.

  • No result, no fee
  • Non-disclosure agreement before any data is handed over
  • Always with your procurement team, respectful towards your suppliers

Example company with €100m in purchasing volume

Profit in the first year

+€1,000,000

5% better terms with suppliers accounting for €30m in volume: €1,500,000 a year. One third of the first year is our fee; from month 13, it is all yours.

Liquidity

+€2.74m

Payment terms from 30 to 40 days, on the entire purchasing volume. Plus around €110,000 in interest benefit a year.

The money lies in prices, payment terms and unused services.

Three calculations from a CFO’s everyday work, for direct and indirect costs. All with example figures for a fictitious sample client, all with the calculation shown.

What management and CFOs want to know first.

All questions and answers

What do we pay if the negotiations achieve nothing?

Nothing. No result, no fee: there is no fixed fee for the negotiations, no upfront costs and no hidden costs. The pilot review is free of charge.

Isn’t one third a lot?

It is one third of the first twelve months, no more. From month 13, the savings are entirely yours. If the new terms last three years, you keep eight ninths. And without a result, you pay nothing.

How do you measure the savings?

New price versus old price, on a verifiable basis agreed in advance: the previous year’s volume or the annual volume agreed in the contract. Your invoices provide the evidence. We invoice only once the improvement in terms has been confirmed, and every agreement is recorded as an addendum to the contract.

Do you put our supplier relationships at risk?

No. We always negotiate together with your procurement team and treat your suppliers with respect. You set the targets and limits, and every deal requires your written approval.

How do we get started?

In three steps. You make a fresh decision after each one.

  • Request a pilot review: you upload around 20 contracts under a non-disclosure agreement, and we deliver documented findings in euros. Free of charge.
  • Carry out the Terms Check: together with your heads of finance and procurement, we go through all relevant suppliers and set the roadmap. Free of charge if you mandate us.
  • Mandate the negotiation: we negotiate, you approve. Fee only from the proven savings.

What you get from us in writing.

  • Non-disclosure agreement before any data is handed over
  • Negotiation mandate with roadmap, fee only from the savings
  • Every deal only after your written approval
  • Every result as an addendum to the contract, confirmed immediately by email
  • Invoicing on a verifiable basis agreed in advance
  • Data used only for your mandate, deleted on completion

Access for the mandate team only. More on this: Security and data protection
