- Consignment
- goods remain the supplier’s property until they are withdrawn
- Deferral
- pay outstanding claims later
Speed needs negotiators who have done this many times before.

What restructuring experts and administrators ask us first.
Do you also work in insolvency proceedings?
Yes: before the filing, in preliminary and in opened proceedings, in self-administration and in StaRUG proceedings. We work on behalf of, and according to the instructions of, management, the CRO, the custodian or the insolvency administrator.
Do you promise recovery rates or restructuring outcomes?
No. We negotiate terms with suppliers and document what has been achieved for each supplier. Recovery rates, plans and proceedings are the responsibility of others.
Who talks to the suppliers?
Our senior negotiators, together with you. Every commitment takes effect only after your written approval and is recorded as an addendum.
What does it cost in a crisis?
Nothing upfront. Our fee comes only from the proven improvement: one third of the savings in the first twelve months, with longer payment terms counted at their interest benefit.
Do you also provide legal advice?
No. You set the legal framework with your advisers. Within it, we negotiate the terms.
