Language: EN

Three steps. You decide after each one.

You start free of charge with the pilot review. Our fee for negotiations comes only from the savings.

Step 1: Request a pilot review

Free

Your part: request, sign, upload. We take care of the rest.

  1. You

    Request

Using the form on this website or by email.

  2. Together

    Sign

The non-disclosure agreement, before you give us any data.

  3. We

    Link by email

Your personal access to a secure data room. Only your mandate team has access.

  4. You

    Upload

Contracts, spend data and invoices into three folders. Around 20 contracts are enough.

  5. We

    Extract and recalculate

We extract all terms and check them against benchmarks and your invoices.

  6. We

    Findings in euros

We get back to you with the findings, supplier by supplier and with the calculation. Usually within a few days.

  • Contracts around 20, with annexes and addenda

  • Spend per supplier, for the last three years

  • Invoices one to three per supplier

The data room has three folders: contracts, spend and invoices. Around 20 contracts are enough.
  • Commercial cleaning, 14 sites

    Contractual tiered discount not granted

    €28,300 per year

  • Courier and parcel service

Diesel surcharge above the contract formula

    €9,600 per year

  • Maintenance of refrigeration systems

    Call-out charge billed twice

    €4,200 one-off

Example figures for a fictitious sample client: this is what findings from the pilot review look like, each with its calculation.

Then you decide, without pressure, whether and how to proceed.

Step 2: Carry out a Terms Check

Free if you mandate us

What the pilot review shows for around 20 contracts, we work through for all relevant suppliers. The result is your negotiation roadmap.

  1. Together

    Initial meeting

With management, finance and procurement, we decide which suppliers to review.

  2. You

    Add documents

Into the same data room: the supplier list with spend, the contracts of all relevant suppliers and invoices per supplier.

  3. We

    Calculate

All relevant suppliers: potential per supplier with calculation, plus target, limit, negotiator and sequence.

  4. Together

    Handover

In a meeting with management, finance and procurement. You receive the negotiation roadmap and decide what we negotiate.

All about the Terms Check

Step 3: Mandate the negotiation

Once mandated, we negotiate according to your roadmap, on a success-fee basis only. We negotiate with large and small suppliers in two different ways.

We negotiate with A suppliers in person.

Always with your buyer at the table.

Few suppliers, a big lever in each conversation.

  1. Prepared with figures: benchmarks, your invoices, alternatives.
  2. We negotiate as an independent third party, so your supplier relationship stays protected.
  3. Result as an addendum to the contract, confirmed immediately by email.

We contact B and C suppliers in a standardised way.

Software-supported and according to your rules.

Many suppliers, a small amount per supplier, significant in total.

  1. You decide: which suppliers, which target, which limit.
  2. We contact the suppliers and follow up.
  3. Every result as an addendum to the contract, confirmed by email.

Schematic: each box represents the savings with one supplier.

Only what you approve in writing becomes binding.

Afterwards: ongoing monitoring

On request, we monitor terms, invoices, deadlines and price increase demands, and renegotiate annually.

The first step costs nothing.

Request a pilot review, receive findings in euros, then decide.
