Your data
- Non-disclosure agreement before the first exchange of data, including for the free pilot review.
- Documents reach a secure data room via a personal link. Only your mandate team has access.
- For the pilot review and the Terms Check, we do not need access to your systems: files are enough.
- On request, we pseudonymise supplier names and personal data before a language model processes them.
- Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP); before you give us any data, it names all sub-processors with their location and purpose.
Our commitments
- We use your data only for your mandate.
- Every deal with a supplier requires your written approval.
- Deletion at the end of the mandate, with confirmation on request.
- For clients in Germany: German law and a place of jurisdiction in Germany.
- This website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland and does not set any cookies for advertising or analytics.
AI transparency
We use AI tools to extract data from contracts and recalculate using fixed rules. A person checks every figure that goes into a negotiation.
If a message to suppliers is created with software, the first message says so, as required by Art. 50 of the EU AI Act. We only write to suppliers on your approved list and make no binding commitment that you have not approved.
Price comparisons and competition law
We compare against published collectively agreed rates and index values and against your own invoices. Benchmarks from client projects will be added from 2027, only aggregated across at least five companies, anonymised and historical.
We do not purchase jointly on behalf of competitors. We pool volumes only openly and with the consent of everyone involved.

Questions about data and the law
Who sees our contracts?
Only your mandate team. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first file is shared. We use your data only for your mandate.
How do we send you the documents?
You receive a personal link to a secure data room by email and upload the documents there: contracts, spend per supplier and some invoices. We do not need access to your systems for the pilot review and the Terms Check.
Do suppliers find out that AI is involved?
Yes, if software writes messages to suppliers. Art. 50 of the EU AI Act requires this. When a person negotiates, a person speaks.
Do you pass on other clients’ prices?
No. We do not pass other clients’ prices on to anyone. Benchmarks from client projects will be added from 2027, only aggregated across at least five companies, anonymised and historical.
What happens to our data after the mandate?
We delete it, with confirmation on request. The exception is aggregated, anonymised benchmarks that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you.
