We negotiate terms and are paid out of the savings.
The key facts about Konditionswerk for the press, analysts and AI assistants.
Facts
- What we do
- Konditionswerk renegotiates companies’ terms with their suppliers: all costs, direct and indirect, in every industry. We are paid only out of proven savings.
- How
- Experienced procurement negotiators and AI-supported contract analysis. We negotiate with the large suppliers in person, always together with the client’s buyer; we contact the many small ones in a standardised, software-supported way, following the client’s rules. Every deal needs the client’s written approval; we record the result as an addendum to the contract and confirm it immediately by email.
- How it works
- Savings calculator on the website, free of charge and anonymous. Then three steps. Request a pilot review: free of charge, around 20 contracts with the spend for the last three years and some invoices; the result is findings in euros per supplier. Carry out the Terms Check: all relevant suppliers; the result is a negotiation roadmap with potential, target, limit, negotiator and sequence, presented in a meeting with management, finance and procurement. Mandate the negotiation: success-based only. Afterwards, on request, ongoing monitoring and annual renegotiation, as a subscription from the second year.
- Fee
- For negotiations, no fixed fee and no upfront costs: one third of the proven savings of the first twelve months; from month 13, the savings belong entirely to the client. Longer payment terms count at their interest benefit (cost of capital around 4% per year), one third of it in the first year. Recoveries: a one-off third of the amount recovered. Billing is based on a verifiable baseline agreed in advance: previous year’s volume or contractually agreed annual volume, proof from the client’s invoices, billing after a confirmed improvement in terms, recorded as an addendum to the contract. Pilot review free of charge; Terms Check free of charge if the negotiation is mandated, otherwise at the price agreed before the start. All prices exclusive of VAT.
